• Burner's replacement into new natural/forced draft burners – Nox reduction / Improved performance / Impact on process check • Portable or fixed Pilot Flame ignition and Pilot/Main flame monitoring. Combined fixed Pilot Flame Ignition and Ionization Rod Flame monitoring
• Burner Management System design and supply, to manage the Heaters safety normal operation and emergency trip. In compliance with the EN-PN 746 and worldwide standard. The BMS will be ready to be integrated in the Plant DCS and ESD Systems with the proper Communication Protocol
• Fuel Shut Off and Regulating Valves Skid design and installation
• Flue gas analyzer installation and Stack Damper opening regulation loop based on the correct O2 level in flue gas exhaust
• Additional Instrumentation on board the Heater body and Process Coil
• Conversion from natural to forced draft system by the addition of an Air Preheating System
• Design and supply of Air Pre Heater/Heat Recovery System to increase the Combustion Air Temperature and the whole Heater Efficiency
• The APH/Heat Recovery system will be supplied including Air Intake, Cold/Hot/by-pass air ducts, Cold/Hot flue gas ducts, FD Fan(s), ID Fan, actuated Air/Flue Gas Dampers, Guillotines
